Wonderful

Booked one night because only a couple of minutes from airport and had an early flight the following day. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathroom area spotless Comfortable bed. Good restaurant, decent options and good quality, egg benedict breakfast was superb and all very reasonably priced (£4) for fruit juice, tea/coffee and choice of breakfast. Didn't use Spa facilities but by all accounts excellent (£15) for 90 minutes scrub treatment and massage. Swimming pool. Felt refreshed after stay.

No negatives, well if I am being picky, there was a stain on the sofa in lounge area.

Totally welcoming venue in south of Bali.

Extremely friendly staff; comfortable room; pleasant breakfast. Lots of useful pre-arrival communication.

Long round-about route to get there from the airport. Otherwise, brilliant.

Wonderful

Great hotel for access to the airport. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped, including toiletries - some very nice touches. Staff were fantastic and the food was very good. The spa is also excellent. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable hotel with everything you need for a short stay...

Comfortable hotel with everything you need for a short stay near the airport. Swimming pool and cafe were an extra comfort and having a massage next doorI found very convenient.

Crossing the busy road to get in a taxi to town... Pretty risky though security staff helped as much as they could.

A lovely place to stay if you’re arriving from the airport...

A lovely place to stay if you’re arriving from the airport or going to the airport the next day. It’s just a 10 -20 minutes drive. The staff were extremely friendly and actually had smiles that were genuine. The food is lovely, different fresh juices everyone so be sure to ask :) Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, towels are provided but hair dryer isn’t, to be honest you don’t need a hair dryer when it’s so hot in bali.

We used this hotel as a break between flights given how unreliable some flights can be. Best near airport accomodation ever! Clean, big rooms, helpful staff and good hotel restaurant.

Good value for your money and very close to the airport

It's very close to the airport, and it has an amazing spa. I also love that they packed us breakfast for take away since we had an early flight the next morning. The rooms were cleaned but the toilet clearly needs an upgrade but in any case, everything was of good value for your money. If you have a layover or an early flight the next day, this place is for you.

The food in the restaurant was not that great. I asked for my vegetables to be a bit spicy but they had overdone it. The restaurant does not have a wide-range of food options. The toilet bowl as I said, needed to be changed because it's scratched and old. Aside from those comments/suggestions, we had a great stay.

No handsoap provided. Shower gel smelled lovely but the container was empty. Same with the shampoo.

Food was great. Location was close to the airport. The staff was so generous and genuinely kind which is always a plus

My only con's are two things. The bathroom shower does over flood each time you shower and there are little ants in the bathroom

Luxury for small money

It’s an absolutely amazing place. Very cheap, but everything in the hotel reminds you more of a 5 star hotel! The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is sweet and professional. The restaurant is cozy and makes tasty food. And to please your soul even more the pool area is awesome and you can get the best massage there! I keep returning to this hotels over and over :) it’s simply just to good to skip.

The food was good. The spa was affordable and incredible. Staff was great and helpful.

Did NOT like the fact that stray cats are allowed in. Into the kitchen of places and on the kitchen counters where the food is made. No one chases them away. It’s gross. That has to never happen again. The drainage in the shower is also appalling

OK for one night

The receptionis guy was very helpful when we needed to go to the hospital.

Very noisy, too close to a major road. Not the cleanest rooms. Not very comfortable bed.
